At long last Bogummy’s role as Choi Taek has garnered him an award!

We had been disappointed when he was not nominated in Baeksang for his TV role, because Taekkie was such a special and beloved character for us!
Especially for admin, who only became a fan because I started to watch Reply 1988, and got completely Taeken with his character.

Choi Taek is such a well written role, so layered and portrayed with such finesse by Park Bo Gum. It is not easy to act the role of such a quiet character, to carry out the emotions across so effectively, that his performance just often moved me to tears.

Luckily tomorrow night we can see our Seja again in Moonlight Drawn by Clouds, Episode 13.
And let’s hope that the live shoot will allow him to participate in tvN’s Awards Ceremony next Sunday!
It will be a delightful reunion one year later for these Reply 88 alumni!
